Terms & Conditions
Ordering on line is the fastest way to receive your product, most items ship within 24-48 hours. Ground shipping charges will apply to all orders placed on line, no other options are available. If you want your item to ship 2nd day or overnight, please give us a call and we will be happy to give take your order over the phone 1-888-251-8799
No Sales Tax will be added to your order.
Minimum Order
$20.00. Any order less than $20.00 will be charged $7.50 small order fee.
Pricing
All special sale prices are final and are excluded from all further discounts. All product information and prices are subject to change without notice. Creative Decorating Inc. reserves the right to add or remove items at our discretion. Creative Decorating, Inc. will attempt to contact the customer with changes, while reserving the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Payment Policy
All orders must have a valid Credit Card when placed: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. All orders are pre-paid
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Order Revision: Once an order has been processed, any additions will be processed as a new order. If you provide a current email address when placing your order, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received into our system. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the shipping carrier that includes your tracking number.
Shipping Services Available
- For online orders to anywhere in the US, we ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS; Ground, 2nd Day Air or overnight. PLEASE NOTE: 2nd day air and overnight orders must be called in to 1-888-251-8799.
- Motor Freight is sent pre-paid and added to invoice.
- For online orders to Canada, we ship via UPS Ground, Worldwide Standard, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Express Plus, or Worldwide Saver. These are pre-paid and added to invoice.
- Most orders are shipped within 24-48 Hours
- While we make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, we cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. Please note neither the shipping company nor Creative Decorating, Inc. can accept responsibility for delays due to weather.
- Shipping rates are determined by total weight of the packages and the zip code of the destination. We use current UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping tables to determine cost of shipping. The shipping rate quote in the shopping cart is an estimate and is valid for most orders. However, occasionally there may be other fees involved, including Residential Delivery and/or items being oversized or overweight.
- All Orders Ship F.O.B.
Inventory
Inventory availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to backorder. We encourage you to place your holiday orders early to guarantee delivery.
Return Policy
Please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned MUST have a RA# or they will be refused at the shipper's expense. Returns must be in original un-damaged package or carton to receive credit. All merchandise ordered by a customer and returned is subject to 25% restock fee. Returns may be made WITHIN 10 DAYS of Original Invoice Date. Holiday merchandise must be returned 10 DAYS PRIOR to intended Holiday, NO RETURNS AFTER INTENDED HOLIDAY. Special Order merchandise is NOT returnable. RETURNS WILL BE MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.
Creative Decorating does not permit the return, exchange or offer refunds for the following products:
CLOSEOUT AND SALE ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY MATERIALS, CHRISTMAS DECORATING MANUALS, DVD'S, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Damage or Shortage
Thoroughly check your order upon arrival. In the event your order arrives with visible damage, document damage with delivery carrier. Call Creative Decorating to file damage claim. Report any shortage to Creative Decorating within 3 working days of receipt, after 3 days shortage claims will be denied. Replacements will be shipped no shipping charge as original order was shipped.
Limited Warranty and Responsibility
Creative Decorating warrants all of our LED products for 90 days with proof of purchase. Creative Decorating shall have no liability whatsoever in any event for payment or incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitations, installation costs and damages for personal injury and property. Products may represent shock or fire hazard if improperly installed or altered in any way. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed in accordance with current local codes and/or the National Electric Code.
Privacy
Creative Decorating does not permit the return, exchange or offer refunds for the following products:
1 - Closeout and sale items, all sales are final.
2 - Overstock sale items, all sales are final.
3 - Custom or special ordered items, all sales are final.
2 - Business Opportunity Training Materials, all sales final
Shipping:
We utilize the following freight providers: UPS, FedEx Ground ®, FedEx Express. (2nd day, overnight) and U.S. Postal Service. Oversized freight including pallet shipments will be shipped by motor freight. Unless a specific request is made, all orders are shipped by standard FedEx Ground.
Not all services are a vailiable in all areas. Delivery will be FOB. Seller's shipping dock seller will bill customer a frieght charge shown on invoice as "Shipping and Handling Charge."
Delivery Time
Plan ahdead and allow time for processing and delivery during and the busy a holiday season. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours some orders take more time. Delivery time is 3-4 business days once mechandise leaves the warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
International Shipping and Delivery Times are determined by items order, cost, weight, size, and destination. There may be additional freight charges, you will be notified prior to shipment. Questions regarding international shipping charges should be directed to [email protected]. The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. Next day shipping is not available on products shipped from outside the United States.
Delivery is contingent upon strikes, fire, accidents, delays of carrier, or other delays beyond our control.
